The room was amazing, with a flat-screen TV and air conditioning that kept me cool in the hot weather. It felt so cozy and comfortable! I loved that the room had a fridge and kettle, so I could enjoy a hot cup of tea whenever I wanted.- The private bathroom with a shower was a great feature, and the complimentary toiletries made me feel pampered.- The room had soundproofing, which was a blessing for a light sleeper like me. I had a peaceful and uninterrupted sleep.
Personally, I didn't like the bidet in the bathroom. It's just not something I'm used to, but I understand that others might find it convenient.

Friendly and helpful staff and clean hotel. During our stay at Iris Hotel, the staff went above and beyond to assist us with our plans for Ha Long Bay. They organized a private car transfer and a day boat trip, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience. The hotel itself was impeccably clean and provided a comfortable stay. I highly recommend this hotel for its friendly staff and cleanliness.

The hotel had huge, clean rooms with both A/C and a fan. The staff spoke English and were very helpful, even inviting me to join them for dinner. The bathroom was amazing, and it was the best hotel I've stayed in during my trip through Thailand, Cambodia, and Vietnam. The location was really close to the beach and central shops.
Can't fault the property in any way.

Comfortable and Convenient: The rooms at this hotel are fitted with air conditioning, ensuring a pleasant and cool stay in the hot weather. Plus, the flat-screen TV with cable channels provided entertainment during downtime.
Isolated Location: The hotel's remote location limits the number of nearby options for dining and attractions.

Great amenities like bar/lounge, laundry, beach access, non-smoking rooms, AC, and flat-screen TV. Always choose without regrets!

The room was clean and huge, and the boss was incredibly nice and kind. They helped us arrange transportation at a great price. The staff was super helpful, funny, and kind, making us feel welcome. The hotel is in a nice part of town near the market and restaurants. The coffee café was cozy, and the room had a comfortable bed. They also helped us book a boat trip and flight to Hoi An. Everything worked well in this new hotel, and the price was very good for the quality. The staff spoke English and could book tours and transportation for low prices. The hotel is conveniently located near the main pier for daily tours. I highly recommend this hotel for a few days' stay.

For the money, the value was great! The room was spacious, had all the amenities, and a lovely balcony. The location was perfect with plenty of local restaurants to choose from. The staff were incredibly friendly, inviting us to eat and chat with them. The receptionist went above and beyond to arrange a tour and even spoke with the taxi driver beforehand to set the price. The food was delicious and the coffee and smoothies were amazing.
Hotel breakfast could be improved with a greater variety of options.

The hotel offered spacious and comfortable rooms, which provided a relaxing atmosphere during my stay. the staff, including the manager and receptionist, were exceptional and went above and beyond to address any concerns or issues promptly. The hotel's location was also a major advantage, as it was close to popular attractions like the night market and within a short taxi ride to points of interest like the Queen Cable Car and the beach. the hotel provided a cozy and enjoyable experience.
There were a few areas where the hotel could improve. there was a lack of English-speaking staff, which made communication difficult at times.
